Take your career to the next level with these free soft skill sessions. Soft skills are strengthened and developed over time, and are necessary if you desire to climb the career ladder.
All participants will earn .5 CEUs per session for participating. They will also receive an email survey two months after workshop participation to assess application of new ideas.

Sky City Entrepreneur Center members and staff talk connections: why they're important, how to make them, and where to go for help along the way. This session is held on-site at the Sky City Entrepreneur Center located at 608 Ellis Ave., Maryville, TN 37804.

Mindfulness at Work: Reducing Stress and Regaining Balance -- November 18
Employing mindfulness at work can help increase effectiveness, decrease mistakes, and even enhance creativity. Learn mindfulness tools that help you destress, tune in and get the job done.
Time: 8-10 a.m. session
Class format features a short lecture on each topic, case studies discussion in small groups and resources for use in businesses and organizations
All classes are held in-person, with a Zoom option.
Classes are held at the Learning Lab, BCPL (except the Sky City session, which will be held onsite there).
