Chamber Meeting Room Facility Policy Rental Form (PDF)

Blount County Chamber members have access to three meeting spaces located in the Chamber building and an outdoor courtyard.

Board Room: The capacity for the board room is 60 people. The rental fee for this room is $100 for four hours or less and $200 for all day.

Small Board Room: The capacity for the small board room is 12 people. The rental fee for this room is $75 for four hours and $150 for all day.

Conference Room: The capacity for the conference room is 12 people. The rental fee for this room is $75 for four hours and $150 for all day.

Courtyard: The capacity for the courtyard is 150 people. The rental fee for it is $100 for four hours and $200 for all day.
