Nonprofit executive, financial analyst, operations manager, and small business owner complete women’s leadership program

Upon completing the Rising Stars Women’s Leadership Boot Camp on November 10th, the four graduates offered strong words of praise for the program and its benefits: “A worthwhile and ‘different’ training I would recommend to any woman wishing to grow personally and professionally;” “Deb and Susanne really know their stuff;” “I have learned so much about myself and the areas I am good at, as well as the areas I should improve;” “Very valuable … has given me confidence and clear direction … .”

The elite leadership development program offers 32 hours of intensive training, including active peer-to-peer coaching. The new graduates are:


  • Heather Adams, Financial Analyst, Arconic
  • Katherine Cope, Service Delivery Operations Manager, Accenture
  • Linde Mills, Owner, Bluelilly Group
  • Britney Sink, Executive Director, CASA of East Tennessee.


In addition to the following eight training modules, attendees participated in activities about personal financial intelligence, question thinking, and personal brand-building:

  4. Leadership Styles
  5. Managing Conflict
  6. Managing Productivity
  7. Managing Teams
  8. Your Emotional Intelligence


Two Rising Stars Women’s Leadership Boot Camps are scheduled for the spring of 2018: February 16 to March 9 and April 13 to May 4. Each boot camp includes four full Fridays. Registration is open now for the February 16 boot camp. Ignite accepts only one person per organization in each boot camp to facilitate peer-to-peer coaching across industries and the community.
