Paul Monroe

Administrative Project Manager

Paul Monroe joined the Blount Partnership in March 2020 as an Administrative Project Manager. Monroe comes to the Partnership with more than 25 years of experience in Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology management, primarily in non-profit and governmental roles. His role with the Partnership is to manage the Accounts Payable and Information Technology services for the organization. He has also served as a Board of Director for several non-profit organizations in East Tennessee during his career and is a graduate of Leadership Morgan County.

An Oakdale, Tenn., native, Monroe graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Human Resources. Monroe has three children; Autumn, Kaitlynn, and Seth and has lived in Maryville since 2011.
