AMERINE PARK This 7-acre park is located in the City of Maryville on Amerine Road. Facilities include basketball court, playground, soccer and softball fields. CLAYTON DISC GOLF COURSE 18 hole course spread over 120 acres located near Clayton Road beside the Clayton Corporate Headquarters. Each hole has a blue basket for short course and a green basket for a long course. Parking is located next to Clayton Corporate Headquarters, as is the first tee. COLLEGE HILL PARK This small neighborhood park is located at 701 Cates Street at the southwest corner of Miller Ave. and Cates St. on property owned by the City of Maryville. The park includes a small playground, benches and small pavilion with tables. EAGLETON PARK Eagleton Park is located at the corner of Henderson Street and Blount Avenue, next to Eagleton youth baseball fields. This 2-acre park has a small pavilion with two tables, charcoal grill, paved walking trail, playgrounds and basketball court. EVERETT PARK This 20-acre park is located in the City of Maryville and includes a community center for senior adults. Facilities include picnic area with tables, concession stand, concrete patio area with tables, sand volleyball court, soft- ball fields, playground, restrooms and the Senior Adult Center. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. COMMUNITY CENTER AND HALL PARK This multi-purpose center has two meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, a computer lab with controlled internet access and Wi-Fi and a games area. A small meeting room also serves as a library with a variety of adult and children’s books. There is also a small out- door playground, volleyball net and basketball courts adjacent to the facility. HOWE STREET PARK This 2-acre park is located be- tween W. Howe and Edison Streets in Alcoa. Facilities include a pavilion with picnic tables, basketball court, walking trail, playground and restrooms. JOHN SEVIER PARK This park is located on both sides of Westfield Drive in the City of Maryville and covers 8 acres. Facil- ities include a pavilion with picnic tables, grills, 6 lit tennis courts, 2 lit basketball courts, playground, 8,500 sq. ft. outdoor pool and an 800 sq. ft. wading pool. LOUISVILLE POINT PARK A 16-acre park located at the end of Cox Road off of Louisville Road in Louisville, on the banks of the Tennessee River. Facilities include a pavilion with picnic tables and grill, picnic areas, boat ramp, swimming area, playground, sand volleyball court and horseshoe pits. OLDFIELD MINI PARK This 1/2-acre park is located at the corner of Steele and Burns Streets in Alcoa. Facilities include a play- ground and basketball court. PEARSON SPRINGS PARK This eight-acre park is located just off Montvale Station Road in Maryville and is connected to the Greenway. Facilities include two irrigated soccer fields, two little league practice softball fields, pavilion with tables and a grill. PETSAFE DOG PARK Greenbelt area near McCammon Road. This is Maryville’s first pub- lic dog park. Hours are dawn un- til dusk. Area has a half an acre for small dogs and a full acre for large dogs. Facilities include a pavilion, benches, waste stations, unleashing area and dogs-only water fountains. RICHARD WILLIAMS PARK This one-acre park is located at the corner of Lincoln Road and Aluminum Avenue in the City of Alcoa and is connected to the Greenway trail system. Facilities include a pavilion with tables and a grill and a patio area. ROCK GARDEN PARK This 4-acre park is located on Harrison Street off of Wright Road in Alcoa. Facilities include a small playground, benches and small pavilion with tables. SANDY SPRINGS PARK This 20-acre linear park is lo- cated in the city of Maryville off Montvale Station Road and Best Street, which is adjacent to a small stream and is connected to the Maryville Greenway. Facili- ties include a pavilion with tables and a grill, picnic areas, conces- sion stand, playgrounds, walking trails, four lit tennis courts, two lit basketball courts and two lit and one not-lit softball fields. SINGLETON PARK Small passive park located off Topside Road. Park includes five picnic tables, four fishing bench- es, fishing pier and a boat ramp. Operating hours are dawn until dusk.
